Being a MyAFSA Executive Member is an opportunity to grow your career, influence your industry, and be recognised as a leader in franchising and business innovation – all for a low membership fee and minimum efforts on your part (and your time), with great upside. We estimate a minimum of only 30-45 minutes of your time per week – but you can do more, it’s up to you.
There are only seven Executive Member positions, including our Chief Executive Innovator (CEI) in each state/region. These limited places are reserved for very high achievers and real change-makers – those committed to advancing the franchise sector through collaboration, contribution, innovation and excellence in business.
- Executive members (EM’s) will be part of a select and prestigious cohort focused on real innovation and leadership. Great for career advancement and knowledge improvement to help your business. Help shape the industry too.
- You will be seen by the industry through the content you create – created at your pace with minimum obligations. Mainly video based content, but also news and other articles. Based on leadership and other topics of your choice (with a general guide by us) – your input will have great impact and meaning. Leave a legacy and again, be seen as a real leader. You can include your brand in the content.
- You and your brand will be promoted in different ways. Inside and outside of MyAFSA. As part of our ongoing marketing strategy. The value here is enormous.
- EM’s will be able to leverage off one another, in planned cohort learning activities. Meeting regularly, there will be key learnings and other experts involved, all led by our CEI.
- MyAFSA is a specialist group focussed on Australia and NZ franchising, where we cut out the noise commonly found elsewhere.
- You get to participate in our unique Leaderboard system – which cuts across different franchise networks and encourages a lifting of one’s abilities, efforts and skills – with serious reputational benefits and bragging rights.
- You will potentially benefit from our all-important awards system.
- You may be awarded for your state/region, or as the Australian EM of the year, which takes place every 12 months. This will be promoted in various ways.
- A $2000 gift card from Flight Centre will be given to the Australian EM of the year. This will be promoted in various ways.
- Other benefits for EM’s may come too – with instances involving any planned and upcoming events, EM’s will feature centre stage along with any resulting media.
